We are often so busy focusing on what we can see on our face, that we forget to show our back some TLC. Back facials became a huge hit a few years ago and have gained a lot of attention since. Many of the same techniques used for the face are also used on the back. They are specifically beneficial for those suffering from clogged pores, blackheads, dry skin and other irritating skin conditions. Back facials start with a deep steam, designed to enhance the more relaxing components of the session and to open any clogged pores while softening the skin. Following the steam, a double-cleanse will be performed, then the area will be exfoliated, massaged and then a soothing mask will be applied. Products will be removed with a therapeutic hot towel regime and will finish with the proper products for your skin concerns. Extractions will also occur if required.
